Bay Cafe & Restaurant has been established on February 14, 2019. Our goal is to bring great home cooked food into the lives of many New Yorkers. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. With a strong attention to detail, ingredients are brought to life in delicious appetizers, different kind of Salads, Pastas and Fish. We make Israeli classics and favorites, like Babaganoosh and Hummus. If we put it on the menu, then we know exactly what went into it, and we can assure you that its all natural and delicious.
